Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. 
It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges
Since all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. 
If you would like a different size or color, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. 
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
