Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. 
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Fulfillment Partner
We collaborate with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship our products directly from their nearest fulfillment center. 
This ensures faster delivery times and lower shipping costs for our customers worldwide.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 
This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your package. 
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
FaithWear is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes applied to your order. 
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@faithwear.site. 
We will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue, but please understand that shipping times are not guaranteed.
